I had a great time learning about the salamanders, trees and history at FDR Farm in Hyde Park, NY.  I learned that Salamanders are great bio-indicators. I also learned that people can’t cut any tree down in the forest anytime because trees have to be a good logging size. Also I learned how to saw a huge tree trunk. It was a very positive learning experience and I want to go there again. The mosquitos were very vicious and bit me a lot. I hope you enjoyed having us there. Thank you Cathy and Susanne.Manny
