100 Word Challenge by Zoë

I opened the door to a Thanksgiving party and remembered last year’s party. It started when we were sitting in the living room, waiting for dinner. We heard a crash coming from the dining room. We ran in to see what happened and noticed all the food had been stolen. Someone said, “We should search for the food.” I noticed tracks on the floor that didn’t seem to be human and heard a groan from outside. Outside with flashlights we saw my dog fatter than ever and stuck in his doghouse. The moral: never invite a hungry animal to Thanksgiving.
