I think that schools should use twitter more. It helps people communicate with the world, and you can say things that people really like. Also, I like that we post things in class that we’ve been doing, like when we would read a chapter of Ramsay Scallop or The Boy Who Harnessed the World, sometimes we write about it on twitter, which I like to do.
I really recommend twitter for schools all around the world. On some websites like Voki, you can make classroom accounts, which I think schools should be able to create class accounts for twitter.
One bad thing about Twitter is that you need to be very careful about what you re tweet, and what you tweet. If something is really inappropriate you can report it to the Twitter people, and then it will be okay.

I think our middle school looks fine, and is a very good place to learn in. I like the way the teachers teach us things, and I like what it looks like (the new learning commons). It’s been an awesome year so far and I really like middle school. The only thing (I know it’s being achieved), but I do want everyone to learn. But the leaning is being done in the middle school, in my opinion. A dream I have for our middle school is that everyone pays attention in class, and doesn’t make distractions with other people. Also another dream is that we could have more money to go on more field trips, because we don’t go on many during the year.
I think schools around the world are in bad shape. Like most of the schools in Africa are outside, they don’t get a good lunch, and they have only about 2-4 pencils a class. So I think everyone should think about other people’s schools too and not only the school we go to. Other schools in the world are like very good schools, like Juilliard, and Yale. But those are just colleges. There are a lot of other schools in the world that are not college’ and they are very very good schools and the people who go to them have to pay a lot of money for their kid or kids to go there, because they are great schools. They only have to pay a lot if it’s a private school. Well usually with private schools you have to pay a lot of money to go there, like college but not as expensive as college. A dream I have for middle schools around the world is, well basically the same thing that I said for our school. But I have another dream, for the schools that don’t have much in them or don’t really have enough money to get more things, I really hope they get what they need, and I think that our school and other schools in our country should help those schools in need.

In the beginning of the book it starts off with: “My name is Nicole Sparks. Welcome to the first day of the worst Summer of my life.” It tells you right away who is telling the story. Nicole Sparks is a girl who isn’t skinny or fat. But people bullied her because they thought she was fat. One of the things she remembers is that she and her mom were at a gas station driving to their next destination. She remembers her mom eating a lot of chips and junk food. Nicole started to eat all of the food that her mom ate too. They always traveled. Nicole has been to about 3 or 4 different schools in about 3 years. No matter what school she’s in, people bully her. Nicole’s mom Kiki starts to do a tap dance class. Her instructor thought that she was one of the best people in the class. Kiki decides to start her own exercising class. Kiki starts to get a lot of publicity, and she goes on talk shows and she comes out with her own products, like the Kiki eats foods. Nicole (Colie) goes on a train expecting her aunt Mira to pick her up at the train station. When she gets out of the train she only see’s one man who looks like a hippie standing there. His name is Norman. He lives in the downstairs part of Mira’s house. The night she got there, Colie goes into town to get diner for her and Mira. In the diner there is a girl named Morgan who is really nice, and a girl named Isabel. She is kind of mean but she can be nice. Colie has a lip-ring and Isabel clearly hates it because before Colie leaves, Isabel says, “That thing you have in your lip is repulsive.” The main problems in this book are the difficulties of friendship and relationships between people.

My Passion
My passion is music. I really love it because whenever I am sad or mad about something and I need to cool off, I listen to music or sing. I began liking music when I was about three or four. My mom and I listened to music all the time in the car and my mom sang a lot. I always have loved singing. I really want to be a singer, and that’s what I would do if I could do anything. I say that music is my life. I play Guitar, and I sing. I used to play Violin, Recorder and Piano. Music is a big part of life because we wouldn’t have concerts, singers, or orchestras without it. I never really thought about being in an orchestra, but I definitely want to be a singer, and do concerts. I think that would be a lot of fun. My inspiration is Demi Lovato. She has such a great voice! Also she speaks up about bullying, and other things in the world which we need to help. I would really love to meet her if I could. Music is really fun and great for me.

“The Power of We” by Kiki
What we can do together if we try:
Let’s say that one person wants to help out someone who is homeless by giving them food. Then that same person goes to a friend’s house one day and tells them about what they are doing to help the homeless. So then that friend wants to help give that person food. When you give the homeless person the food, she smiles and says “Oh thank you.” Afterwards you feel so good that you did something good for someone who needs food more than you do. Also the friend likes and feels good about what you did. The lesson is that if you want to do something for someone and tell other people about it, than we all work together to help people who need many things that we have that they don’t have.
